Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Acquisition for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice and attachments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 Effective on July 12, 2021. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference has the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Elaborate brochures or documentation, binding, detailed artwork, or other embellishment, beyond the stated requirement are unnecessary, not desired, and shall not be evaluated.
