10 September 2021: Amendment 3 issued.� Amendmetn 3 incorporates Addendum 2 into the terms and conditions.� The Wage Determination is also updated.� 8 September 2021: Amendment 2 issued.� Amendment 2 incorporates Addendum 1 into the terms and conditions.� Also an RFI document is posted.�� 7 September 2021:� Amendment 1 issued.� Amendment 1 adds a dewatering line item with the variation in estimated quantity clause.� Amendent 1 also incorporates the latest Wage Determination into the terms and conditons.� Lastly, the bid due date is changed to 14 September.� 18 August update: Pre bid site visit minutes and sign in sheet posted Project Title: Repair Electrical. Power Distrobution - Bldg 507 Project#: VGLZ202011� Location: Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan. Period of Performance (POP): 270 Calendar Days 1) Set-aside: 100% Small Business Offeror�s approved business plan shall be on file and serviced by the Detroit, MI District. 2) Small Business Size Standard: $16.5M 3) NAICS Code: 238210 - Electrical Contractors 4) Project Magnitude: Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 5) Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference to be conducted on 17 Aug 2020 at 10:00 AM local time. (See Solicitation for Access Requirements) Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conform to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2021. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for aw ard if funds become available and the prices received are w ithin an aw ardable range.
