Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, Zuni Service Unit has a requirement for Laundry/Linen Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75H70721R00010 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812320 with a small business size standard of $6.00. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47. If IHS does not receive at least two offers that are reasonably priced offers from SBIF's, IHS will than evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order to first consideration to last consideration): First Tier: Small Business Indian Firms, Second Tier: Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business and Third Tier: Certified HUBZone Small Business and Fourth Tier: Small Disadvantage Business, Fifth: All other Small Business Concerns.
