Description

Update 10 September 2021: RFI Q&A's posted Update 8 September 2021: Solicitation Mod added for WDOL Wage Determination update. No more RFIs will be taken for this requirement. Update 7 September 2021: Drawings & Schedule for LED Lighting North Side Battle Creek ANGB were updated. WDOL Wage Determination for Calhoun County (MI) was also updated. RFI Q&A posted. MBMV212832 LED Lighting for North Side of the Base. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to replace the current fluorescent fixtures and lighting with energy efficient LED (Light Emitting Diode) fixtures and lighting. The upgraded lighting are critical to the stability of the mission by reducing energy consumption footprint and utility costs in accordance with DOD and federal policies in Buildings 6911, 6916, 6923, 6925, and 6930 (non-high bay spaces). The existing lighting system has high-energy consumption costs and provides inadequate light to occupied and utilizing spaces.� The average CI for all electrical infrastructure is 78 with individual facilities as low as 62. Antiquated lighting is also costing extensive maintenance for bulb replacement and disposal.
