This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 70Z0G121QPRV23600 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326150, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This is a small business set-aside.� The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to procure: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001:� Ocean Guard� Netless foam filled pier fenders (standard capacity), 6ft diameter x 12ft long. QTY: �four (4) each.� The USCG intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order/Contract. The Contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar sale, provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the government.
