Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Combined/Synopsis Solicitation IAW FAR 12.603 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06, effective 12 July 2021, DFARS Change date 30 August 2021 effective 08 August 2021, and Air Force Acquisition Circular AFAC 2021-0726 effective 26 July 2021. Solicitation number: FA558721Q0092 North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 333999 Size standard: N/A Type of set-aside: Due to overseas location, no set-aside will be used in accordance with FAR 19.000(b). The 48th Logistics readiness Squadron (48 LRS) based at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom has a requirement for three (3) replacement dock levellers that meet the minimum specifications outlined in the statement of work.
