(10 brackets per cooler) ASTM A516 � � � � � �Connections shall be 2� Class 150 carbon steel ANSI flanges.� � � � � � �All carbon steel surfaces coated with Glyptal 1202.� � � � � �� All flange openings shall be covered for transit. � � � � � Cooler assemblies to be shipped in wooden skids.��� � � �6� �Testing and Inspection � � � � � �Preliminary inspection and hydrostatic test by USACE representative at place of manufacture will be required prior to� � � � � � � � � � � � �delivery of first available complete assembly. � � � � � �Contractor shall notify Government of inspection at least 14 days prior to date of inspection.� � � � � � �All cooler assemblies shall be hydrostatically tested at place of manufacturer by the Contractor before they are delivered.� � � � � � � � �They shall be tested to 75 psi.� The coolers shall hold this test pressure for 60 minutes without losing more than � psi. To be� � � � � � �followed up by a testing report issued to government before arrival at Bonneville Dam Warehouse.� � � � 7� �Acceptance� � � � � � �Final inspection and acceptance will be completed at the Bonneville Dam Warehouse, Bonneville Lock and Dam, Cascade� � � � � � � �Locks, Oregon, 97014.� The project can be accessed via south entrance gate from Interstate 84.� Monday through Thursday� � � � � � �0700 to 1630, excluding federal holidays.� Prior to shipment, the contractor shall notify the Bonneville Project POC a� � � � � � � � � � � � �minimum of 2 days in advance.�
