- Description
- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for PT Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Equipment in support of Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC). This announcement is prepared per the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 (Subparts 12.6 and 13.3) as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); solicitation number is H92257-21-Q-0116. This is a supply contract. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contractor personnel providing the supplies herein. Such contract supplies shall be accountable solely to the Contractor. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-09, and the DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 2020929 edition. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 7810. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339920 with a size standard of 750 Employees. The proposed acquisition is restricted to Small Business Only. TYPE OF CONTRACT. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract as a result of this solicitation. The Government reserves the right and may award based solely on information contained in the quote. It is the Government�s intention to award without discussions. Offerors are encouraged to present their best technical and costs quote in their initial submission. The contract shall be awarded on an all or none basis, do not submit partial quotes. All quotes submitted shall be the Contractor's Best Quote as it is the Government's intent to entertain one (1) final quote only; this includes any discounts on volume. Offerors must scrutinize this solicitation and ensure their quotes and submissions comply with all requirements. It is not sufficient to merely state your quote complies with the solicitation requirements. You must clearly identify how your quote meets ALL of the solicitation requirements. Quote Preparation and Submission Instructions. 1. All completed quotes must be submitted via email to SSgt Huertas, Elliott at elliott.j.huertas.mil@socom.mil.� All quotes are due to the responsible Contracting Officer no later than September 16, 2021 @ 11:00 a.m. EST.� Quotes will not be accepted passed the aforementioned date & time specified.� This RFQ is set aside for small businesses. 2. To be eligible for award under this RFQ, contractors must respond to this RFQ by the closing date and time as referenced above.� Failure to submit the required information may result in your quotation being considered non-responsive.� In addition, Vendors must be registered within SAM.gov.� All contracts will be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only, via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), formally known as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
