Upon Award One Helmet of each size available must be delvered to 44 H Street NW, Washington DC 20401 2. State time of award to receipt of each sample�size helmet 3. Upon receipt of sample�sizes the officers will be fitted and sizes will be provided. 4. State time from receipt of 300 sizes throught the complete delivery of 300 helmets. 5. State pricing for each helmet - 6. State Shipping to 20401 for helmets 7. Sample helmets�will be returned to vendor. Clearly state if there are any associated charges for sample helmets used for sizing.
