- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ��������������� (ii) The solicitation number 1044356 and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). ��������������� (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR FAC 2021-05 March 10, 2021. ��������������� (iv) This is not a 0% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 334516 and business size standard is 500 employees. ��������������� (v) See attached documents (specification sheet). ��������������� (vi) USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Eastern Regional Research Center in Geneva, New York . �USDA requires: BOXER LAB ROOT,� REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS Robot payload over 100 kg Max running speed of 2 m/s Integrated lifting Runtime over 4h per charge Onboard PC Integrated sensors for autonomy ROS/ROS2 support Emergency stop buttons Rviz, Gazebo, and URDF design support (vii) Performance location: USDA, ARS, Eastern Regional Research Center, Wyndmoor, PA. 19038 ���� ��������������� (viii) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. ��������������� (ix) Award will be made on the LPTA OR Best Value.� � ��������������� (x) Offers must have a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, uploaded on beta.sam.gov by the time quotes are due. ��������������� (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. ��������������� (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
