- This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24621Q0984 will be issued on or about September 13, 2021. Richmond VA Medical Center (VAMC), located in Richmond, Virginia has a requirement for Chemical Waste Disposal services. Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel/labor, and technical supervision necessary for chemical waste disposal. Requirement is for a base and four (4) option years. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
