Description: This is a notice of intent to Sole Source the following requirment. The Government intends to Sole Source this requirement to BaseConnect LLC. BaseConnect ReCaller/Messenger was developed under a SBIR Phase I/II contract to leverage technology and expedite the secure recall/message process. It also allows for teired recalls by individual commanders across the base. The secure messenger allows for direct or group messaging to anyone using the application and includes read receipts.�
