Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon intends t to negotiate/award a Sole-Source contract to Collaborative Testing Services, Inc., a small business, 21331 Gentry Drive, Sterling, VA� 20166-8502. �Cage 47536, DUNS 086356524. �IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). �The NAICS code is 541380. This requirement is for the purchase of Proficiency Test -Collaborative Testing Services: **See Attachments�for detailed Salient Characteristics** This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. �However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 14 September 2021 at 08:30AM, EDT. �All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. �Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. �MICC - Fort Gordon will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. �Please email Ophelia M.
