Description

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Action Intelligence Technologies, Inc. (AIT), located at 105 Executive Drive, Suite 200, Dulles, VA 20166, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The EOUSA anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to AIT for the Comprehensive Financial Investigative Solution (CFIS) Deluxe Enterprise Licensing to be used for financial investigations. Actionable Intelligence Technologies, Inc. (AIT) designed a proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) and learning algorithms that enable investigative teams to process large, complex investigations.� This product is known as the Comprehensive Financial Investigative Solution (CFIS).� CFIS is designed as a financial investigative system for use by federal, state, and local, prosecutors, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and forensic accountants to perform rapid assembly and data capture of voluminous financial records and to automate the analysis of complex investigations for financial schemes and frauds.� CFIS is currently the standard investigative tool in use by federal, state, and local, prosecutors, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and forensic accountants to investigate financial crimes.� CFIS processes bank, brokerage, and credit card statements supporting multiple languages and currencies.� Once processed/reconciled to zero, reports/queries can be run to link supporting documents, i.e. wires, checks, deposit tickets, receipts, etc., to statement transactions showing the flow of funds. The period of performance is anticipated to be 60 months for a 12 month base year and four (4) 12 month option years beginning September 30, 2021 through September 29, 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.� A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement.� The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.� Information in response to this notice may be sent to Maynard Minor, Contracting Officer at Maynard.Minor@usdoj.gov� A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
