Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice for notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for 1 year with William Camille 65 Everett ST Everett, Massachusetts 02149-1101 for Peer Specialist to obtain specialized certified peer support for the Bedford VA Medical Center. Specific skills are necessary to facilitate due to the nature of the research study as well as their personalized experience in this area, William Camille is the only vendor that can provide the services of a certified Peer Specialist for the research study. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps (FBO). The applicable NAICS code is 541720 with a $22 MIL size standard. The PSC is AB12. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
