Description: This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small, disadvantaged businesses. NOAA is seeking a contractor to provide the software as a service (SaaS) to host, market, and promote the agency�s recruitment events such as Veterans and Disability Employment Career Fair. NOAA is seeking a platform that can be both scalable and able to accommodate unlimited virtual events for 12 months. The platform must meet Federal requirements such as Section 508 compliance, and provide the capabilities outlined in requirements below. Staff training and technical support will be required.
