Description

DESCRIPTIONThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 published in Federal Register on June 10, 2021. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219, with a small business size standard of $22M. The PSC is J065. Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance on patient lift equipment located at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas.
