Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to repair and reconfigure�a barge to a conveyor barge. Work will include (but is not limited to): transporting vessel to dry dock, installing spud wells, fabricating spuds, installing two upright winches and a generator, installing port and starboard side fenders, water blasting and repainting exterior hull, installing new manhole covers and rings, and adding anodes to hull.�� Vessel is a Government-owned barge, 150 ft in length, 35 ft at beam, with a 6 ft molded draft.� Contractor is responsible for transport of vessel from, and return to Lock & Dam 7.� All work shall be completed by 1 April 2022.� This is a 100% small business set-aside.� NAICS: 336611 SBA Small Business Size Standard: 1,250 employees OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. Amendment 0001 has been added to this solicitation.�This amendment answers vendor questions, and adds an updated drawing. Please acknowledge receipt of the amendment with your quote.� Amendment 0002 has been added to this solicitation.�This amendment extends the solicitation close by one week. Please acknowledge receipt of the amendment with your quote.�
