- This is a performance-based contract for providing pumping and disposal service of septic tanks, chemical toilet, and vault toilet waste products, and for the rental and servicing of disabled/non-disabled portable units.� All services to be performed are located within the WVP, which includes Lane, Linn, and Marion Counties in Oregon.� The following US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects within the WVP will be covered under this contract: Fern Ridge, Lookout Point, Dexter, Fall Creek, Hills Creek, Dorena, Cottage Grove, Foster, Green Peter, Big Cliff, Cougar, and Detroit
