FY 2022 refuse collection services with weekly pick up schedule. Containers are requested to be emptied of refuse once per week.� container sizes required:� QTY: | �ITEM: | (1) � � � 6 Yard container - serviced 2x a week. *Period of performance: 01 October, 2021 - 30 September, 2022 Request all quotations to include a direct shipping estimate for standard delivery within 30 days ARO: USCGC Sangamon� 97 Conference Center Drive East Peoria, IL 61611 All Quotations are required include the following additional information: � Contractor Tax Identification Number � Contractor Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) Number � Service information showing all specifications and � capabilities for the service being offered for review in meeting the Government's need The NAICS Code for this requirement is 562111. The small business size standard for this requirement is $38.5 million. All quotations submitted will be evaluated in terms of the requirements meeting the service in this RFQ, price and delivery. Upon conclusion of the evaluation, the quotation that is most advantageous to the Government may result in an award to other than the lowest offer.
