Description

REQUEST FOR QUOTE:� Soldiers Experience Gallery exhibit at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center, Carlisle, PA.� This purchase is for remaining components needed to install lighting track that has already been purchased.��Brand Name:� Lighting Services Inc.(LSI);�These fixtures must be compatible with the existing LSI track lighting system or they will not work.��Delivered by 31 October 2021. Work includes acquisition of ""LIGHTING SERVICES INC."" materials and parts listed in the attached Purchase Description, and removal of existing track lighting system while leaving mounting system and dimming controllers for installation of roughly 800 ft. of new track in the same design.��The contractor will acquire 100% of the correct, required materials and parts listed.��The Contractor will remove the existing track and leave mounting system for installation of new track. They will also cover cases and exhibit components that will be affected with protective materials.��The contractor will install 800 feet of the new track provided by USAHEC�in the design of the old track that was removed. The tracks power will be controlled by existing dimming system, while the DMX line will be not plugged in.� All track installed and 100% operational.��The contractor shall test all installed components/areas ensuring proper function�and instruct 5-8 USAHEC staff members how to maintain and use the new track system.� QUOTE TWO CLINS: CLIN 0001 � Acquisition of needed materials and parts, 1�EACH. CLIN 0002 � Installation of Track. 1 EACH. Firm Fixed Price Contract, FOB Destination,�Delivery�by 31 October 2021 and�period of performance shall be for 1 week beginning the month of September 2021.�
