Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the selected contractor to provide Brand name or equivalent requirement Agilent AriaMx Real Time PCR System (manufacturer: Agilent, manufacturer #: G8830A) and a SYBR/FAM OPTICAL CARTRIDGE F/PCR SYSTEM manufacturer: Agilent for the USDA, ARS, PWA-CPGRU 363 Hutchison Hall, One Shields Ave., Davis 95616. (A) The solicitation number is 12905B21Q0123 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2021-06 (July 12, 2021). (C) This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 334516.� The small business size standard is 500.
