- Page 2 of 2 This is an SDVOSB set-aside for the consultation, design, coding, and website maintenance for the Conflict Analysis VA web-intervention: A whole health resource for rural Veterans for the VA Medical Center (VAMC), 215 North Main Street White River Junction, VT 05009. The applicable NAICS code is 541511 and the size standard is $30 million. Award will be based Technical capabilities in accordance with the PWS and past performance. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as technical factors and past performance. The solicitation package will be available on or about 9/9/2021. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 14 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All offerors must ensure registration in SAM is current and accurate. Offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE).
