Description: This service is for existing telephone service and will utilize existing infrastructure except for option lines as needed. Provide LEC service for 85�locations in the state of Kansas with the option to add up to 10 lines as needed.� LEC services shall provide PTSN (public switched telophone networkwith) ANI/CLID POTS services listed in PWS, attachement 1.� The provider shall have the long distance provider as Verizon using the federal GSA contract Networx.
