Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as�RESTRICTED�to all Small Business. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award services or supplies contract for the TRANSPORTATION, FINAL TREATMENT, DISPOSAL, AND/OR RECYCLING OF MERCURY CONTAMINATED MATERIALS as per specifications in the attached Scope of Work and specs.�Quotations are being requested under number 70Z04521QPKF16200. The NAICS code is 562211. The small business size standard is $41.5 million. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 21-04. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable.
