- Description
- This solicitation is for a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for landscaping�services for the USAGM Sao Tome�Transmitting Station.�� Acquisition Authority: This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR Subpart 13.5-Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; dated 07/12/2021.� The successful offeror shall furnish all personnel, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the landscaping�services as described in the attached RFP. Refer to Attachments for physical location of the facilities and full description of the requirement.
