Description

THIS WILL BE SOLICITED AS A LETTER SOLICITATION TO RAYTHEON INTELLIGENCE AND SPACE, CAGE 072E5, AND WILL BE AWARDED AS A DELIVERY ORDER AGAINST BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT SPRPA1-20-G-CP01.� THE SOLICITATION WILL OPEN ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2021 AND CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2021. PR No: 0086695784.� This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Converter, Frequency used on the FA-18� Aircraft.� This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract.� The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5895-01-119-9584 Sources: Raytheon, CAGE 072E5, part number: 259296 Herley Industries, CAGE 32187, part number MD47X3 DELIVERY WILL BE 820 DAYS ARO. Surge requirements do not apply. AN ENHANCED EXPORT CONTROL BIDSET EXISTS FOR THIS NSN.� CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING APPLIES.�� A CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENT IS INCLUDED IN THE TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE THAT SUPPORTS THIS MATERIAL.� Solicitation will be Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� A 100% Quantity Option will not apply.� A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received.� The anticipated issue date is on or about September 14, 2021.� The anticipated award date is October 31, 2021. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
