- This is a solicitation�to purchase�new batteries/cells and rack for the existing battery bank at Lost Creek Powerhouse. The Contractor must provide all personnel, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide the items as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The location of supply project is Jess Dam, located in Jackson County, Oregon. The Contractor must perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations in the completion of work.
