Description
Amendment 0003 � 14 September 2021 The Request for Proposals (RFP) dated 06 August 2021 for the Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS) contract, amended on 02 September 2021 and 08 September 2021, is hereby extended to 27 October 2021 at 0900 CEST. The Government is still finalizing answers to additional industry questions received. Amendment 0004 will follow with corresponding changes to the RFP documents. The Government does not anticipate a third extension of the RFP closing date at the time Amendment 0004 is issued. All Offerors intending to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation shall request a DoD SAFE link no later than 20 October 2021 at 0900 CEST via email addressed to Ms. Antje Veit at antje.veit.de@us.af.mil and Ms. Elizabeth Moehlenbrock at elizabeth.moehlenbrock@us.af.mil. --------------------------- Amendment 0002 � 08 September 2021 The Request for Proposals (RFP) dated 06 August 2021, and amended on 02 September 2021, for the Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS) contract is herewith being amended to provide updated documents as a result of the questions submitted by potential offerors as follows: IBDSS_IDIQ - RFP - Attachment 1 - SOW - Amendment 0002 IBDSS_IDIQ - RFP - ITO - Amendment 0002 IBDSS_IDIQ - RFP - EvalCrit - Amendment 0002 Appendix C - Self Scoring Matrix - Amendment 0002 Appendix D - Cross Reference Matrix - Amendment 0002 Furthermore, the following document is added: IBDSS_IDIQ - Q&A - FA564121R0006 Offerors shall submit acknowledgement of all solicitation amendments as part of their proposals. Amendment 0002 does not further extend the RFP closing date. All Offerors intending to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation shall request a DoD SAFE link no later than 15 September 2021 at 0900 CEST via email addressed to Ms. Antje Veit at antje.veit.de@us.af.mil. and Ms. Elizabeth Moehlenbrock at elizabeth.moehlenbrock@us.af.mil. --------------------------- Amendment 0001 � 02 September 2021 The Request for Proposals (RFP) dated 06 August 2021 for the Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS) contract is hereby extended to 22 September 2021 at 0900 CEST. The Government does not anticipate a second extension of the RFP closing date at the time Amendment 0002 is issued. All Offerors intending to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation shall request a DoD SAFE link no later than 15 September 2021 at 0900 CEST via email addressed to Ms. Antje Veit at antje.veit.de@us.af.mil. and Ms. Elizabeth Moehlenbrock at elizabeth.moehlenbrock@us.af.mil. --------------------------- Update: The Government is working on answers to Industry questions and anticipates posting an amendment extending the RFP closing date accordingly. --------------------------- 764 ESS/PKA is pleased to provide a Request a Proposal (RFP) for the Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS) contract, a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will provide streamlined delivery of electronic security and emergency management deliverable products in the USEUCOM AOR. The overall ceiling of the IDIQ is estimated at $91M for a seven (7) year ordering period with an additional year of performance beyond the end of the ordering period.� The total value of all delivery orders awarded under the IDIQ will not exceed this amount. Funding will be determined at the individual delivery order level. The Government will award a Post-Award Conference to each IDIQ awardee.� The delivery order for the Post-Award Conference is $2,500.00 and will satisfy the minimum order requirement. A Contractor that is awarded an IDIQ contract is not guaranteed any delivery order beyond the Post-Award Conference. Proposals are due by 0900 Central European Summer Time, 08 September 2021. See the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, for further details (refer to Attachments below).� Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for the minimum order requirement. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs. The Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) is the sole point of contact for this acquisition. Offerors shall address any questions and concerns to the PCO as soon as possible, but no later than 0900 Central European Summer Time, 19 August 2021. �See the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, for further details (refer to Attachments below).
