Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award on a Sole Source basis to�Dornier MedTech America, Inc. and will be posted on SAM.gov for 10 days. If this�effort does not yield any additional sources that can meet the government requirements�a sole source award�will be made. Based on the equipment warranty and proprietary rights issues associated with�services from a Non-Original Equipment Manufacturer the decision was made to only consider the original�manufacturer for the required maintenance. The Dornier equipment to be serviced under�the resulting contract for�the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System's�requirement� is listed below: Lithotripter model: Compact Delta II EE# 58301,�and� R/F System:�Urologic model: Genesis EE# 77944.�
