- The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005, on behalf of The Department of the Under Secretary of the Army � Army Analytics Group (DUSA � AAG), intends to issue a firm fixed price delivery order to Executive Information Systems, LLC, 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600, Bethesda, MD� 20817-7836, Cage 1NM64.� This procurement is for SAS Harvard Support.� The authority cited is the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(b), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to support to this requirement no later than 4:00 pm EST, 20 September 2021. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items and services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing via email only, and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide the items and services. Telephone or fax responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The total file size of email responses must be less than 5 megabytes. All responses must be submitted via email only to the contract specialist, Pasqualita Jackson, at pasqulita.n.jackson.civ@usa.army.mil.
