Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center� (CC), Pharmacy Department Pharmacokinetics Research Unit ,intends to enter into a contract on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 to procure a� service agreement�with the manufacturer of� Infinity 1034, Infinity 1031 Infinity XE 5031, Genius 1024 Nitrogen Generator Systems. The sole source requirement will be with� Peake Sienific LLC. 19 Sterling Road north Billerica, MA 01862 The services�and maintenance�performed by certified engineers of instrument vendor.�Peak Scientific, LLC complete coverage plans should repair or replace all parts and/or equipment to ensure continuous instrument performance to OEM specifications and prevent instrument downtime which will affect the critical daily operations of the Clinical Pharmacokinetics Research Unit (CPRU) laboratory.� If there are other sources able to supply the required material, they must respond by submitting a capability statement within 5�days of publication of this synopsis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to the closing date of this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. RESPONDENTS MAY SUBMIT THEIR CAPABILITY STATEMENTS VIA E-MAIL TO THE POINT OF CONTACT LISTED IN THIS NOTICE OF INTENT SYNOPSIS. Each response should include the following Business Information a. DUNS. b. Company Name, address, POC, Phone and Email address c. Current GSA Schedules or NAICS codes appropriate to this Award. d. Type of Company (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, hubZone, veteran owned, etc.) as validated in System For Award Management (SAM).
