- September 15, 2021 - The pre-proposal conference slides and attendance sheet have been uploaded. These files�require�an access request and approval. Please ensure you completely fill out the access request or your request may not be approved. September�7, 2021 - The pre-proposal instructions have been uploaded. See file labeled DDNB Preproposal Conference Instructions. August 30, 2021 - The Request for Proposal and associated attachments have been uploaded. DLA Distribution has a requirement for Contractor-Owned/Contractor-Operated (COCO) warehouse and distribution operations in Bahrain, identified as DLA Distribution Bahrain. The contractor will provide all facilities, labor, and material in accordance with the tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), exclusive of government furnished supplies or services The Technical Library and Technical Library � SOPs files contain sensitive information and requires an access request and approval. When submitting the access request please make sure to include the Company Name, CAGE code, and POC. Failure to properly complete the access request may result in a rejection of the request.
