Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.� The closing date and time of this solicitation is 10 September 2021, 3:00 P.M. EST.� This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 562111, Size STD $41,500,000.� This requirement is a 100% HUBZONE set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FORT GORDON REFUSE COLLECTION/DISPOSAL SERVICES Refuse Collection and Disposal Services.� Services include all labor, supplies, transportation vehicles, fuel and equipment necessary to provide collection and disposal services for Fort Gordon and Fort Gordon Recreation Area (Pointes West) in accordance with the requirement solicited.� The contractor shall accomplish developing pickup routes, transporting and disposing all refuse collected in the performance of this contract to an approved and permitted sanitary landfill. Period of Performance:� The period of performance shall be one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4)12-month option years. Base Year:�������01 October 2021 � 30 September 2022������������������������������ Option Year I:�� 01 October 2022 � 30 September 2023 Option Year II:� 01 October 2023 � 30 September 2024 Option Year III: 01 October 2024 � 30 September 2025 Option Year IV: 01 October 2025 � 30 September 2026 All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Maintenance (SAM). The SAM can be accessed via the internet at https://sam.gov. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to award. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests will not be accepted.
