Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; 12 July 2021. This acquisition is brand name only and full and open competition.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 314910 Textile Bag and Canvas Mills with a size standard of 500 employees. The basis of award for this acquisition will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures.� Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. Questions: All questions pertaining to the RFQ shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Karyn Williams, Contract Specialist, Karyn.m.williams2.civ@mail.mill no later than�14 September 2021 at 10:00 AM EST. The subject header of the e-mail submission of questions shall include the RFQ number W81XWH-21-Q-0213. Questions received after this date will not be accepted. RFQ Due Date: Response to this RFQ is due via e-mail no later than�17 September 2021 at 10:00 AM EST�via e- mail to Ms. Karyn Williams, Contract Specialist, karyn.m.williams2.civ@mail.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. UPDATE: Amendment 0001 to RFQ W81XWH-21Q-0213 has been posted. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the part number on CLINs 0001 and 0002 from AKS-AG584 to AKS-AG854. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
