Add Amendment 0012.� This post-closing Amendment is intended for those Offerors who did not receive Phase 1 MATOC awards, but who have been included in the competitive range and have been sent Evaluation Notice (EN)/Discussion letters. This notice confirms letters were emailed to all Offerors, who submitted proposals in response to the solicitation, on 26 September 2020.� Those offerors should have received an emal from the Contracting Officer, Mr. Gary Lane.� Please review those emails and the contents of amendment 0012 for further details and instructions.�
