Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT.� ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND (ACC) REDSTONE ARSENAL intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Vibrant Technology, 12835 E. Arapahoe Rd., Tower 2, Suite 600, Centennial, CO 80112-6724, IAW FAR 6.302(a)(2) and 6.302-1(c) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and name brand descriptions. This requirement is for MEscope VES Software License and renewal of the Maintenance and Support package. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The Government shall consider all responses received by 21�September 2021 1100 AM CST. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Please email Ms. Darby Siniard with responses or questions regarding this requirement at darby.m.sinard.civ@mail.mil. This notice will close at 1100 PM CST 21�SEPTEMBER 2021. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government to not compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
