- Synopsis: The 4th Contracting Squadron � Seymour Johnson AFB, NC 27531 on behalf of the 916th Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Textron Systems, who is the sole source manufacturer for the Model 527 Radar Signal Simulator. As the sole source provider of this proprietary equipment, Textron Systems holds all patents and has not sold the calibration kit to any other company. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219 and the size standard is $22,000,000. Base Notice: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 4th Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to devin.zimmerman@us.af.mil no later than 20 September by 2:00 PM EDT. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
