Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: West Palm Beach Delineated Area: CBD of West Palm Beach Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,226 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 N/A Parking Spaces (Structured): 15 The General Services Administration intends to award a lease for office and related space for the Former President�s Office in West Palm Beach, FL. In accordance with the Former President�s Act (FPA)�of 1958, P.L. 85-745, as amended, the Administrator of General Services shall furnish for each former President suitable office space appropriately furnished and equipped, as determined by the Administrator, at such place within the United States as the former President shall specify.� 3 U.S.C � 102 note.� GSA intends to prepare a sole source justification under 41 USC � 3304(a)(5), implemented at 48 C.F.R. �6.302-5 so that it may award a lease to the owner of the location the president specifies. The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 4,226 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in West Palm Beach, FL.� The Government has identified additional 4,226 ABOA SF of expansion space to meet the requirement of the Former President�s Office, the lease will have a total of 8,452 ABOA SF. The term of the proposed expansion space shall be coterminous with the existing lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
