One (1) VHX-J20T VH Lens Joint Lens Joint for VH-Z20T; Qty. One (1) OP-87806 VH Stand Accessory 300.00 1 300.00 S90F Cable for VHX-5000 (2M); Qty. One (1) VHX-S90F VH Stand Motorized Z for S30B / S90BE, Qty. One (1) VHX-S750E HX Free angle stand Motorized Z, 40mm motorized XY; Qty. One (1) OP-88338 VH Lens joint holder Qty. One (1) OP-35414 VH Lens Adapter Simple Diffuser for VH-Z20; Qty. One (1) VH SUPPORT PACKAGE VH Support Package; Qty. One (1) VHX-J00 VH Lens Joint Lens Joint for VH-Z00R/W; Qty. These items are designed and sold by a single vendor for the sole purpose of providing a Keyence digital microscope System. The products being requested must be the exact products and currently Keyence Corp of America is the only vendor able to provide these exact products. Market research was completed by examining pertinent specifications and capabilities from vendor websites, reviewing catalogs and other generally available product literature published by manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and recommendations from other technical members of the government and scientific community. �Currently Keyence Corp of America is the only manufacturer and distributor of the Keyence digital microscope system. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration�s SAM.gov website (www SAM.gov).� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423830 � Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers; the size standard is 100 for employees. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability with a Sole Source letter to respond to this requirement by contacting Christopher Hamilton via email only at cahamilton1@fbi.gov, no later than 1:00pm (Central) on Monday, 20, September 2021.� Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered.� Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.� Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012, to receive government contracts.� The FBI utilizes a financial system that has a direct interface with the SAM.� Please ensure that your company�s SAM information is updated and accurate.� This includes: TIN, EFT, DUNs, addresses, and contact information.� The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
