- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, hereby gives notice of their intent to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.501 to GrayShift, LLC for software licenses. The contracting officer has determined in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. No solicitation document is available, and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government. The requirement has been deemed Law Enforcement Sensitive, so interested parties should inquire directly with the Contracting Officer listed at the bottom of this notice.
