- Description
- Eielson Air Force Base (AFB) requires maintenance on its Giant Voice system on a specific part of the base. Please read and review all of the attachments in its entirety before submitting a quote. Offerors are required to submit evidence of technical capability or face risk of ineligibility due to ambiguity of performance capabilities.� Please be mindful of physical onsite evidence or documentary evidence is required prior to 1 January 2022 for this requirement.� Also be advised funds are not currently available and offerors will not be reimbursed for fees occurred for their submission in relation to this solicitation.� Questions regarding this requirement must be sent prior to the closing of this solicitation if any further clarification is needed. Late quotes/proposals may or may not be considered depending on how advantageous they are to the government.� No calls will be accepted in response to this solicitation. Submit any and all inquiries via email to the points of contact.� Please submit quotes to both points of contacts via email.� *Note, PWS has been slightly revised due to clerical error of quarterly inspections, the requirement is for one complete PM inspection with training*�
