The Date Offers are Due has changed From: Sep 16, 2021 12:00 pm CDT To: Sep 21, 2021 12:00 pm CDT ************************************************************************************ � The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a requirement replacement parts for a Caterpillar D6T Undercarriage in accordance with the attached solicitation.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06.� The solicitation number is�W912EQ21R0021�and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). �This is a�100% total small business set-aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is�811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance;�Size Standard $8 Million.� This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. � Proposals should be marked with solicitation number�W912EQ21R0021�and sent via to Leah Cobb at Leah.B.Cobb@usace.army.mil not later than 12:00 PM CST 16 Sep 2021. � In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all vendors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract. Vendors not registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award will not be eligible for award.� Vendors may register for SAM online at www.sam.gov.
