This is an Advanced Equipment Repair Program (AERP) requirement. 2. This is a Sole-Source (3R) requirement to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corp. (CAGE 0UBG9). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or the rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. 3. 'The IWST has determined that all NIINs for this requirement are covered by the 30 July 2018 Class Determination and Findings (D&F) for the Use of Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA), and that the criteria in Paragraph 3 thereof are met. Proceed with the use of SEPA as appropriate. The carcass is available for repair.' 4. Quote is to be submitted as an Estimated, Not-To-Exceed Price for the full repair effort of the requirement. Vendor till have 120 days to complete a teardown and evaluation of the carcass and submit a detailed Repair Report and Firm-Fixed Price quote for repair. 5. This requirement utilizes Government Furnished Property (GFP). Any GFP located at the vendor's facility in storage that can be used in the repair of the requirement shall be utilized and itemized within the final quote. 6. The subject requirement is for a complete trim and drain unit, however only a pump will be delivered for repair. The Government will supply a Hansome motor (NIIN 01-302-5352) as Government Furnished Property (GFP) to complete the unit and satisfy the requirement. 7. This requirement will be contracted under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-17-G-AS01. 8. Offerors must have a valid U.S.Security Clearance of CONFIDENTIAL or higher in order to respond to this RFQ N00104-21-Q-FD65, because the RFQ N00104-21-Q-FD65 includes an annex (information) classified at the CONFIDENTIAL level which will be released only to the offerors possessing the appropriate clearance. All classifed material must be handeled in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating manual (NISPOM)(DoD 5220.22-M) and Industrial Security Regulation (DoD 5220.22-R) 9. The final delivery date for the requirement shall be on or before 05 April 2023. 1. SCOPE 1.1 This contract/purchase order contains the requirements for manufacture and the contract quality requirements for the PUMP UNIT,CENTRIFUG . 1.2 Government Furnished Material - Government furnished material is available. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 Order of Precedence - In the event of a conflict between the text of this contract/purchase order and the references and/or drawings cited herein, the text of this contract/purchase order must take precedence. Nothing in this contract/purchase order, however, must supersede applicable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained. 2.1.1 Documents, drawings, and publications supplied are listed under ""Drawing Number"". Any drawing requirement to mark the working pressure on the item does not apply and is strictly prohibited. 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS - NOT APPLICABLE. 5. PACKAGING 5.1 Preservation, Packaging, Packing and Marking - Preservation, Packaging, Packing and Marking must be in accordance with the Contract/Purchase Order Schedule and as specified below. 5.1.1 Additional Preservation, Packaging, Packing and Marking requirements are included in the referenced Refurbishment Instruction or Procurement Specification from SUBMEPP.
