NOTE: SITE WALK THROUGH: Details below SITE WALK-THRU (APR 1984) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS/DELIVERY/INSTALLATION LOCATION SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for September 20, 2021 at 9:00 AM Local Time for vendors to view the area. The site visit is for any vendor looking to provide a quote for the disassembly and demolition services. Attendance is optional but highly encouraged. Visitor check-in will be from 9:00-9:15 AM (Local Time) at the location listed below. Please enter through the facility s main entrance where every individual in attendance will need to present one photo ID to obtain a visitor s pass/badge. Temperatures will be checked upon entry to the facility and masks will be required to be worn to comply with COVID safety measures. Please also bring a copy of the Statement of Work to reference throughout the site visit, which will last approximately one hour. Please provide confirmation of attendance to the site visit via email to Esperanza Roberts, Esperanza.Roberts@va.gov by September 19, 2021 at 12:00 PM (Noon) CDT. Point of Contact information for the facility will be distributed once confirmation of attendance has been received. Limit of two visitors per contractor.
