Description
Pluralsight Application Software Licenses The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Pluralsight, LLC 42 Future Way, Draper, UT 84020.� application software licenses. �Pluralsight is proprietary software that can only be provided manufacturer. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the Contractor is the only known responsible source who can provide the required product as no other source has been identified who can provide the requirement listed below. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Information Security & Awareness Office (ISAO) anticipates issuing a purchase order to Pluralsight, LLC to renew application software license subscriptions for a period of one. �The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire the Pluralsight software license subscriptions to enable all ISAO staff to access a broad range of online technical cybersecurity trainings that keep up with technological change and execute key technologies as needed, to acquire technical skills aligned to security trends and be able to timely execute solutions in the ever-evolving cybersecurity arena. This application blends a unique methodology in which learners can be assessed and training is tailored to specific roles and abilities as appropriate. Skill assessments and tailoring of training is a unique aspect of this program.� This tool offers extremely current technical training but also incorporates the ability to do associated lab work in a remote setting.� This is the only tool that offers all these capabilities for remote learners.� There is no other application available that has all the functionality and approach to technical training as Pluralsight. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.� However, any party that believes it has a product that can offer the same functionality and approach to technical training as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates its ability to provide a product that meets the requirement. �A determination by the Government to compete this proposed award based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that an award will be issued approximately five (5) days after�the date of this notice unless the Government determines that another organization�has the capability to meet this requirement.
