This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722310, with a small business size standard of $41.5 million. The VA San Diego Aspire Center is seeking for Cafeteria and Food Preparation Services. All interested companies shall provide quotation for the following: Services See attached Solicitation 36C262-20-Q-1442 for Statement of Work. The period of performance is stated in the attached Solicitation 36C262-20-Q-1442. See attached Solicitation 36C262-20-Q-1442 Section E.7 for Evaluation and Basis for Award. See attached Solicitation 36C262-20-Q-1442 to review the solicitation provisions that apply to this acquisition. Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website located at https://www.sam.gov/portal in accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. If paragraph (j) of the provision is applicable, a written submission is required. See attached Solicitation 36C262-20-Q-1442 to review the contract clauses that apply to this acquisition and subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5 and VAAR 852.212-70 that are applicable.
