Description

AMENDMENT 0002 (AM2) ISSUED 17 SEP 2021 //�Attachment E - Drawings uploaded�in attachment section AMENDMENT 0001 (AM1) ISSUED 20 AUG 2021. The solicitation will close on 20 September 2021. The solicitation is restricted to Women Owned Small Businesses. This project includes demolition of fueling equipment and associated electrical and civil components at two service stations, Area 1800 (POL-2) and Area 2700 (POL-3), at Fort Pickett Army National Guard Maneuver Training Center. Items to be demolished at POL-2 include: (2) 20,000 gallon USTs, (1) fuel dispenser, (2) canopies, and (1) truck fillstand. Items to be demolished at POL-3 include: (2) 15,000 gallon USTs, (1) canopy, and (2) fuel dispensers. The following facilities at POL-2 will be returned to the installation from DLA Real Property: Facility Number T1800, Fuel/POC Building, Category Code 14165; Facility Number 1801, Fencing/Walls, Category Code 87210; and Facility Number 10022, Training Area Roads, Category Code 85710. The following facilities at POL-3 will be returned to the installation from DLA Real Property: Facility Number T2870, Fuel/POC Building, Category Code 14165; Facility Number 2871, Fencing/Walls, Category Code 87210; and Facility Number 10028, Training Area Roads, Category Code 85710. The Contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after notice to proceed and complete the work 270 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.�Performance and payment bonds will be required. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
