Description

AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this solicitation amendment 0001 is to provide a response tothe questions posed for this RFP. Accordingly, see attachment 2 - QA response. ----ORIGINAL RFP---- This solicitation is being competed following the procedures found in section � 330 ""Standard Competitive Contracting Procedures"" of the ""Guide to Judiciary Policy.""� The Judiciary intends to make a single award firm fixed priced contract from this solicitation.�This is a solicitation for hotel/lodging. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested.�This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business. The AO is seeking a hotel/lodging�venue�for the�2022�Federal Defender and Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney District Representatives Conferences in�one of the following cities: Philadelphia, PA, Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Washington�DC/Alexandria, VA, or Baltimore, MD. The preference for city location is listed from the most preferred to� acceptable.�The event is planned for February 9, 2022 to February 12, 2022 (preferred date). The alternate dates being considered�are February 2, 2022 to February 5, 2022. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA21R0182�and Attachment 1- AO Requirements and Hotel Offer. Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting proposals, and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to evaluate quotes received.� Please adhere to all instructions and provide the required information by the stated due date in order to be considered for award.
