Description
Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 70Z02921QIDA304073 is assigned for tracking purposes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitation document will be issued. The USCG, Base New Orleans, has a requirement for the cleaning and sanitation of the HVAC system and components at U.S. Coast Guard Station Venice. Contractors must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform as defined in this Scope of Work, The contractor must perform to the standards in this contract in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). Place of Performance: U.S. Coast Guard Station Venice, 436 Coast Guard Rd, �Venice, LA 70091. SCOPE OF WORK: The below was taken from the SOW and intended to provide a general description of this requirement. The Contractor shall complete all work assigned but not limited to the requirements with-in this scope. Work scope is to include, but not limited to: The work to be performed consists of: Contractor shall provide all services for the cleaning and sanitation of the HVAC system and components in accordance with the SOW. All work shall comply with current International Building Codes. For proposal purposes: Contractor shall provide pricing for all base and option items. Clean and sanitize all HVAC ducting Clean and sanitize 01 air handler Clean and sanitize 25 fan coil units Clean and sanitize 55 Air Diffusers, 30 Air inlets & 20 Exhaust vents All cleaning and sanitizing to be completed per NADCA ACR standards. Refuse, excess or waste materials resulting from operations shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be recycled and/or disposed of off Government property. All refuse or recycling disposal shall be done in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 12 ft ladders will be required to access FCU and main air handler. Model number of the HVAC system: CGAM 040A 2002 AXD2 A1B1 B1JX XA1Q 1A4X XXXX XB1A 3A1D 1XXDC XX NAICS: 238220 Small business size standard: $16.5 Evaluation Process:� The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offerer whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest Price technically acceptable. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the established criteria in the solicitation. The technical proposal shall address all of the evaluation factors listed below. Solicitation must consist of sufficient documentation to show evidence that the contractor meets ALL the requirements as specified below: 1.���������� Lowest Price. 2.����������� Completion Schedule 3.����������� Past Performance The government will evaluate the proposal on the technical criteria as either ACCEPTABLE or UNACCEPTABLE. All three factors must be acceptable to be eligible for award. Cost Proposal: Provide Firm Fixed-Price proposal. Offerors must submit an original and one copy of the proposal to Jamy Pickett. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. 52.204-7 System for Award Management (b) (1) An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.
